	Honaker Law is a dynamic legal team built by Richard Honaker, an extraordinarily effective Wyoming trial lawyer since 1976. Mr. Honaker handles cases in all parts of Wyoming, and in neighboring states in association with local counsel. His practice has been based out of a Rock Springs, Wyoming office since 1982. Always believing it a privilege and a trust to be licensed to practice law in the courtrooms of Wyoming, Mr. Honaker has put his knowledge and experience to work representing individual people and families in significant personal injury and wrongful death cases. Current and recent cases include highway collisions caused by incompetent or negligent truck drivers; catastrophic railroad accidents; defective product cases, and oil field, mining, and pipeline accidents; and pharmaceutical litigation.

	Richard Honaker has been rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell - the highest rating within the legal profession for competence and integrity. Mr. Honaker believes strongly in public service, and serves on boards and commissions that enhance the ethics and quality of the legal profession. He is a past president of the Wyoming State Bar, the Wyoming Trial Lawyers’ Association, and the Wyoming chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He currently serves as vice-chairman of the Wyoming Board of Professional Responsibility.
